01Who we are

This website belongs to EFDI. For any question about this policy or about how your data is handled, you can write to us at soporte@efdi.es.

02What data we collect

We only collect the data you share with us and the minimum needed for the website to work:

  • Contact form: full name, email address, organization, job title, type of organization, solutions of interest and your message.
  • Meeting bookings: the same data, plus the day and time you choose.
  • Browsing: technical data recorded by the servers (IP address, browser, pages visited and date), needed for the website to work and to keep it secure.

We do not request sensitive data or knowingly collect data from minors through this website.

03What we use it for

  • To respond to your inquiries.
  • To arrange and hold meetings and demos.
  • To send you the information about our solutions that you request.
  • To keep the website secure and running properly.

We do not use your data for purposes other than those stated, and we do not sell it or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

04Who we share it with

Only with providers that help us deliver the service and that process the data on our behalf: the scheduling service (Cal.com), email and website hosting. We may also disclose it when a competent authority requires it under the law.

05How long we keep it

For as long as it is needed to handle your inquiry and maintain the relationship with your organization. If no relationship results, we delete it within 24 months of the last contact, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

06Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It only remembers the language you choose. If you use the calendar to book a meeting, the scheduling service may use its own technical cookies to work.

07Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, update or delete your data, and object to its use. Write to us at soporte@efdi.es and we will reply within the time limits set by the applicable law. You can also file a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.

08Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration, and we review them regularly.

09EFDI platforms

This policy applies to this website. Data entered into the EFDI Class and EFDI Enterprise platforms is governed by the agreements signed with each institution or organization.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its last-updated date.
