Learning step by step, at your own pace

In EFDI Enterprise, courses are organized into modules and classes, with assessments at every stage, and each person advances class by class until they earn their certificate.

Classes combine video, audio, documents and downloadable materials, and all of them include a narrator so they can also be followed by listening.

Frequently asked questions

Write to us
How long does implementation take?

It depends on the size of the organization and the information that needs to be migrated. During the initial diagnosis we define the launch timeline together.

Can we upload our own courses?

Yes. The organization can upload its own courses, with videos, images, documents and downloadable materials, and also add courses produced by EFDI.

Does it work for large organizations?

Yes. It is designed for governments, public bodies and companies with many entities and areas: each one has its own people, courses and indicators, and administrators can compare them.

What happens if someone doesn't finish a course on time?

Each course can have a deadline. The platform sends reminders before it expires and, if someone falls behind or their performance drops, Human Resources gets an alert.

How are certificates issued?

They are generated automatically when the person completes all the classes and reaches the course's minimum score, and they remain available on the platform to download.

How do people learn to use it?

Every screen has its own guided tour, and there are user guides for employees, Human Resources and administrators. Team training is also part of the implementation.

Can it be used on any device?

Yes. EFDI Enterprise works on computers, tablets and phones, so every employee can train from wherever they are.

What information does it give us about each person's progress?

Statistics by course, entity and person: who logged in, who is progressing, who has stalled and in which module most people drop out, with reports ready to download.

What support do we get after implementation?

We stay close after launch, with support and updates. If a bug appears, it is reported from within the platform and goes straight to the EFDI team.

Who owns the data?

The data belongs to the organization. During the diagnosis we agree on how it is stored and who can access each piece of information.
